Create one topic for each job. Make the title easy to scan:

In the post, include:

• Location — city, state, and any access notes if relevant
• Date and time — when workers must be on site
• Work details — crew size, load or unload, packing, driving, long carry, specialty items, and similar
• How to respond — reply here, send a private message, or use the listed contact method

House rules: keep the listing accurate, update it when the job is filled, and do not post private customer information.
