Your profile is what other movers see when you post, get listed, or reply in the forum. A clear photo and cover help people recognize your company — and the forum software handles most of the sizing for you.
Where to edit
- Cover image (banner): Open your profile while logged in. Click the images icon on the right side of the header band, then choose Upload New Cover or Reset to Default.
- Avatar (profile photo): Profile → Account tab → upload under Avatar, then Save Changes.
- Display name & bio fields: Same Account tab — fill in what you want public, then save.
Optimal image sizes
These match what wpForo (our forum plugin) actually stores and displays on this site:

Quick cover tips
- Truck & crew shots work well — wide angle, good daylight, company name readable.
- Avoid tiny text, portrait (tall) photos, and busy patterns at the edges.
- Brand colors: A dark or neutral banner usually reads better with our dark forum theme than neon-on-neon.
- Privacy: Skip customer faces, house numbers, and license plates unless you have permission.
Avatar tips
- Logo on plain background, owner headshot, or truck door with logo — all fine.
- Square source beats a rectangle; the forum will center-crop.
- If upload fails, shrink the file under 2 MB or export as JPG.
